  • It is truly unfortunate that there are many people in the world who use the internet to hurt, belittle, steal from others, or break the law in many other ways.  Regretfully, some of these people may show up on this site.  For your protection, for the protection of others, and for the protection of this site, we are obliged to insist that users respect the rules we have adopted. 

 

By accessing this site, you agree that you will be limited by these terms and conditions of use.  You also agree that your behaviour will also be governed by all laws having appropriate jurisdiction.  If you disagree with any of the rules contained in this document, you may not make use of this site.

    1. 1.      PROSOCIAL SCIENCE™, our parent company, reserves the right to delete the account of any user it considers to be abusive, disrespectful, fraudulent, or otherwise                       harmful to the site or any person.
    2. 2.        No material involving the abuse or exploitation of children will be tolerated.
    3. 3.        Spam related entities such as email lists, email programs, or scripts will NOT be allowed.
    4. 4.        Discussion and respectful debate will of course be encouraged, but rude comments or material that incites retaliation may be removed at the webmaster’s discretion.
    5. 5.        No phishing pages.
    6. 6.        Malicious botnets are strictly forbidden.

    1. 7.     Malicious hacking materials, trojans, viruses, & malicious bots running or for download are forbidden.
    2. 8.     Email marketing without the express consent of the webmaster is not allowed.
    3. 9.     Resource and cronjob abuse is forbidden and will result in suspension or termination.
    4. 10.   We maintain regular backups of the user’s data as a convenient courtesy, but the user is ultimately responsible for backing up their data.
    5. 11.    If anyone attempts to hack or exploit the server, the account used will be deleted in order to protect others.
    6. 12.   The site may not be used for any illegal activities.

All functionality and features of this site are the property of PROSOCIAL SCIENCE™ and may not be copied, imitated, or used without their express written permission.  SCIT item and report content are protected by copyright and may not be copied, imitated, or used without their written consent.

 

Disclaimer

 

The information provided to the user as a result of their completion of the SCIT is based on all of the data provided by other people of their sex who have also completed the SCIT.  We cannot guarantee that the results will be completely representative of the general population of any other particular community.

 

The results of the SCIT report contains personal information that is provided solely to the test taker.  The test taker is entirely responsible for their use of the data, and entirely responsible for the data’s security and for the consequences of sharing the information with any other person.

 

The user is solely responsible for the content that he or she posts in the Discussion Forum, and he or she accepts all of the consequences for that material.
